Check In/Check Out
Check-In: from 2 p.m
Check-Out: no later than 9 a.m

In the event that you are arriving after 6.00 p.m., we kindly request you to inform us of this briefly by telephone, email or fax.

Payment
Payment must be settled no later than the middle of the week before your departure. Please note: we only accept cash. 

Reservation
Your reservation is only confirmed by receiving a written mail from our side.

Smoking/Non Smoking
In all rooms and in our apartment smoking is not allowed.

Pets
Please understand that we don't accept pets.

Cancellation
By making the reservation, you accept the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) that apply to us. In the event of departure before the scheduled day of departure, or in the event of belated arrival, the room price will be charged (not including local tax or breakfast).We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Short-term stay
For stays of 3 days and less we calculate a surcharge of 10%.

Single occupancy
In the event of single occupancy of a double room or apartment, the price for the second bed is reduced by EUR 10,- per day. 

AGBH
The General Terms and Conditions of Business for the Hotel Industry apply.
